Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Finance Associate with 4-6 years of experience for its New York, New York office. The ideal candidate will have a background in advising on repurchase and warehouse facilities, syndicated lines of credit, securitizations, and other secured finance transactions.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex structured financing and securitization documents.
• Work with repurchase agreements, credit agreements, and pooling and servicing agreements.
• Prepare private placement memoranda, indentures, and offering materials.
• Handle intercreditor arrangements and related servicing and collateral issues.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant finance experience.
• In-depth understanding of financing structures for mortgage and asset-backed platforms.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
