Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Family Law practice group in Harrisburg, PA. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, providing exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Handle family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and adoption.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.
• Manage hearings, conferences, and trials independently.
• Provide compassionate and professional client communication.

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Prior experience in family law matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Courtroom experience and ability to manage cases independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
