Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Labor & Employment Associate with over two years of litigation experience to join its office in Denver, Colorado. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of litigation matters, including employment law issues, discrimination and harassment cases, wage and hour disputes, and class action work.

Duties

• Handle litigation matters involving employment law issues.
• Engage in single plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases.
• Manage state and administrative charges.
• Participate in wage and hour matters and class action work.
• Contribute to various types of commercial litigation.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of Colorado.
• Experience in labor and employment litigation preferred; other civil litigation experience welcome.
• Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Motivated to be part of a busy national practice.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and assume responsibility for matters.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
