Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, providing expert legal representation and guidance to clients.

Duties

  • Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
  • Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Guide clients through the legal process.

  • Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements

  • Law degree from an accredited institution.
