Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Hospitality and Leisure Associate to join their Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of real estate or transactional experience and will work within a nationally recognized practice.

Duties

• Work on matters across the globe.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including letters of intent and purchase and sale agreements.
• Advise on financings and negotiate loan documents.
• Manage deal closings from start to finish.
• Conduct due diligence and handle all aspects of transactional work.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of legal experience in real estate or transactional work.
• Previous law firm experience preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
