Duties:

  • Provide legal services to clients on various employment law matters.
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, employee handbooks, and other HR-related documents.
  • Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for employment law matters.
  • Provide guidance on HR problems, helping clients mitigate risks and navigate complex legal issues.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and problem-solving.
  • Stay current on evolving employment law trends and changes to regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience practicing employment law.
