Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior real estate associate attorney to join its Real Estate & Land Use practice group in Seattle, WA. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction, and development projects for national and global clients.

Duties

  • Draft and analyze transactional real estate documents.
  • Manage and take responsibility for various projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices.
  • Engage in fast-moving transactions and large portfolio management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of transactional real estate experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Interest in client service and team-based practice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.
