Duties:

  • Assist with registration statements, insider trading plans (10b5-1), and corporate governance documents

  • Provide securities law guidance in connection with M&A, strategic investments, and corporate restructuring

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant legal experience with a focus on securities regulation and corporate transactions

  • Demonstrated understanding of federal securities laws and national stock exchange standards

  • Admission to practice law in the State of Florida

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in Florida (required)
