Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Infrastructure Associate Attorney to join its Energy & Infrastructure practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 9+ years of experience in infrastructure-focused projects, including PPP, concessions, and project financing.

Duties

  • Represent equity sponsors and financing parties in PPP projects.
  • Engage in infrastructure projects involving toll roads, airports, and bridges.
  • Collaborate with clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to projects involving energy transition and data centers.

Requirements

  • 3 to 9+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
  • Membership to the State Bar where the candidate will be located.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent academic credentials.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • State Bar membership.

Skills

  • Experience with core infrastructure assets.
  • Ability to work closely with clients.
  • Proficiency in project financing and PPP structures.
