Job Title: Family Law Associate Attorney

Duties:

  • Advocate for clients in all phases of family law litigation, including divorce, custody, visitation, and support matters

  • Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and settlement agreements

  • Conduct thorough legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law statutes and case law

  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials

  • Provide strategic counsel and emotional support to clients dealing with significant life changes

  • Work in collaboration with paralegals and support staff to manage cases efficiently and effectively

  • Participate in internal training and mentoring opportunities to sharpen legal skills and procedural knowledge

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Tennessee

  • Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, with preference given to candidates with prior exposure to family law cases

  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload with attention to detail and deadlines

  • Strong oral advocacy and legal writing abilities

Education:
