Structured Transactions Midlevel/Senior Associate or Of Counsel

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a highly qualified midlevel or senior associate or of counsel to join its structured transactions practice group in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and/or finance transactions, with a preference for experience in structured finance and securitization.

• Duties
• Advise clients on structured finance and securitization matters.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

• Requirements
• Experience in corporate and/or finance transactions.
• Background in structured finance and securitization preferred.
• RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience highly preferred.
• Active member of the bar in the state of practice.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
