Duties

• Litigate declaratory judgment actions.

• Respond to tender demands and conduct examinations under oath.
• Defend coverage and bad faith suits across all lines of insurance.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in insurance coverage and bad faith.
• Strong analytical writing and trial advocacy skills.
• Steady and consistent work history preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
