Duties

• Handle insurance defense and personal injury matters.
• Prepare extensively for trials and manage courtroom responsibilities.
• Conduct significant hearings and depositions.
• Engage in motion practice with file responsibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Texas bar license.
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a solid work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
