A law firm seeks an experienced attorney with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join its Fulton, Maryland office. The candidate will handle a wide range of labor and employment matters, counseling employers on compliance and engaging with sophisticated clients. Admission to the Maryland Bar is required, with Virginia and Washington D.C. Bar admissions considered a plus.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of labor and employment litigation.
• Counsel employers on compliance with labor laws.
• Engage with clients on complex legal matters.
• Participate in preventative counseling and litigation strategies.

Requirements

• Significant experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Admission to the Maryland Bar.
• Portable book of business is welcomed but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Maryland Bar.
• Admission to the Virginia and Washington D.C. Bar is a plus.
