Duties

• Represent banks and financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions.
• Handle securities offerings and regulation matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of experience providing legal advice to banks and financial institutions.
• Significant background in M&A, securities offerings and regulation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead transaction teams and build client trust.
• Exceptional communication, responsiveness, and collaboration skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
