Associate Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join their team in various locations across the United States. This role involves providing comprehensive legal representation in foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters. Duties

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

Requirements

• Licensed Bar Attorney in at least one of the following states: AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, and WA.
• Multi-state licensure is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience preferred, but all qualified applicants considered.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in at least one state.
