Mid-Level ECVC and M&A Associate (Korean Language)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level attorney to join its Emerging Company & Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions practices in Boston, Massachusetts. The candidate should have experience or a strong interest in emerging company and venture capital transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and cross-border deals.

Duties

• Represent public and private company buyers and sellers in strategic business transactions.
• Engage in emerging company and venture capital transactions.
• Conduct legal work primarily in English, with some Korean correspondence.

Requirements

• Experience in ECVC and M&A transactions preferred.
• Korean language proficiency strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to waive in.

Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
