Duties

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Proficiency in all pre-trial phases of litigation.
• Admission to the NY Bar required; NJ Bar admission preferred.
• Experience in NY litigation required; NJ experience a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
