A law firm seeks an associate with three to seven years of experience to join its Banking and Finance practice in Los Angeles, California. The practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in various debt financings, including private credit transactions, receivables financings, structured credit, distressed financings, syndicated credit facilities, and growth capital financings.

Duties

• Represent lenders and borrowers in domestic and international debt financings.
• Engage in private credit transactions and receivables financings.
• Handle structured credit and distressed financings.
• Participate in syndicated credit facilities and growth capital financings.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of relevant law firm experience.
• Highly motivated with superior client service skills.
• Member of the Bar in a U.S. State.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in a U.S. State.
