Duties

• Litigate restrictive covenant and trade secret matters.
• Draft motions for injunctive relief and expedited discovery.
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes.
• Draft temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
• Prepare complaints for federal and state court proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in trade secret litigation.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California Bar.

Skills

• Experience with computer forensics and e-discovery issues.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents for court proceedings.
