Duties

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate transactional work.
• Experience in private equity and/or M&A at a nationally recognized law firm.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
