Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Corporate M&A Associate to join their team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, securities offerings, and general corporate matters.

Duties

  • Represent public and private clients in M&A and related transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate complex M&A and private equity agreements.
  • Participate as a key member of deal teams for middle market transactions.
  • Manage transaction processes from due diligence through closing.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Active member of the Texas bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
