Duties

• Develop and build AI workflows and use cases for legal practice.
• Create materials for different practice areas and roles.
• Expand prompt and workflow libraries and drive utilization.
• Collaborate with practice groups on AI adoption.
• Train lawyers and staff on AI through workshops and sessions.
• Support the development of AI communities within the firm.
• Maintain expertise in the firm's AI tools and best practices.
• Assist in technology onboarding and adoption.
• Communicate with clients on AI and legal tech solutions.
• Develop case studies for marketing and business development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a law firm or similar environment.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with AI and machine learning.
• Experience in developing AI workflows and use cases.
• Proven ability to drive legal technology adoption.
• Excellent communication skills for complex ideas.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Education
