Duties

• Handle cases involving harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
• Defend class action and PAGA claims in civil litigation, administrative, and arbitration forums.
• Provide counseling and advice to employers on labor and employment law compliance.
• Engage in business litigation activities.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong background in litigation and labor & employment law.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases efficiently.
• Demonstrated initiative and independent work capability.
• Ethical judgment and decision-making skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
