Job Overview
A law firm seeks an employment litigation associate with a minimum of two years' experience to join its Washington and national employment law practice in Bellevue, WA. The associate will focus on employment litigation and work in a collegial environment.

Duties

• Handle complex commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.
• Advise clients on federal and Washington employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in employment litigation.
• Experience from large defense firms or smaller firms handling sophisticated employment defense matters.
• Membership or pending membership of the Washington State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Washington State Bar membership or pending membership.
