Job Overview:
A leading national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its healthcare litigation team. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated legal matters related to the healthcare industry, including high-stakes litigation and regulatory disputes. Location:

Duties:

  • Represent healthcare clients in litigation and regulatory proceedings

  • Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and memoranda

  • Conduct legal research and analysis

  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy

  • Stay current with legal developments affecting healthcare litigation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of litigation experience (3–5 years preferred)

  • Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of the office location

  • Experience in or exposure to the healthcare industry is advantageous but not required

  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

  • Superior academic credentials required

Certifications:

  • Active and good standing member of the state bar in the relevant jurisdiction (TX)

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficient in legal research platforms and litigation tools

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-office teams
