Senior Attorney needed for Denver office

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Attorney to join its Intellectual Property practice area in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm's IP practice.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of Intellectual Property cases, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of various legal documents related to IP matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on IP issues, infringement disputes, and licensing agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and court proceedings as necessary.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state bar of Colorado or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Experience practicing law, with a focus on Intellectual Property law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex IP cases from inception to resolution.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the state bar of Colorado or eligibility for reciprocity.
