Duties

• Manage an independent caseload in workers' compensation.
• Conduct general discovery, including depositions and witness interviews.
• Respond to written discovery and prepare motions.
• Participate in trial proceedings as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation or defense.
• Strong writing and legal research skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Enthusiastic and positive approach; team player.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
