Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Remote Litigation Associate Attorney admitted to practice in Texas. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic defense litigation practice, working remotely while collaborating with a team of accomplished professionals.

Duties

• Manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and assist in trials in state and federal courts.
• Handle cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development and client communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in defense litigation, particularly in hospitality, premises liability, or business/commercial litigation.
• Trial and arbitration experience preferred.
• Experience in federal and state court litigation.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in Texas.
