Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Tax Associate to join their Investment Funds Group in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will focus on partnership tax issues, particularly subchapter K, within an asset management practice.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals.
• Produce deliverables and respond to correspondence efficiently.
• Provide timely and accurate work products.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of subchapter K experience.
• Experience at a Vault 10 law firm preferred.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of California.
