Job Overview

A law firm seeks a skilled associate with expertise in antitrust litigation and/or merger control to join its team in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and will be part of the 3rd to 7th-year associate class. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic and expanding practice group.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust and competition matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned litigators on high-stakes disputes.
• Participate in trial preparation and strategy development.
• Engage in client meetings and provide legal advice on antitrust issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
