Admission to the appropriate State Bar is required, and additional State Bar admissions are preferred.

Duties:

• Handle complex insurance coverage litigation, encompassing commercial first-party insurance, reinsurance, third-party liability, professional liability, and bad faith coverage.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client objectives.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned cases, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on insurance coverage matters.
• Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to insurance coverage issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
