A law firm seeks a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Boston, MA. The attorney will support the commercial real estate and transactions practice group, handling all stages of the process.

Duties

  • Manage deals from letter of intent through closing.
  • Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title commitments and exceptions.
  • Prepare diligence summaries, closing checklists, and deliverables.
  • Support purchases, sales, financings, leasing, and joint ventures.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in commercial real estate practice.
  • Minimum portable book of business of $100,000.
  • Ability to manage significant transactions independently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and corporate matters.
  • Excellent due diligence and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
