Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney in Denver, Colorado. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims. The attorney will also supervise junior associates and contribute to their professional development.

Duties

• Handle litigation cases independently from start to finish.
• Develop and implement legal strategies.
• Manage discovery and coordinate with experts.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Engage in law and motion practice.
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel.
• Prepare for trials and attend mediations.
• Oversee and train junior associates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience with general liability, construction, personal injury, and commercial disputes.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Client-focused mindset and passion for successful outcomes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current admission to the State Bar of Colorado.
