The candidate will represent clients in removal proceedings, USCIS interviews, and NY criminal, civil, and family court proceedings. Will present evidence, witnesses, and summarize cases. Prepare motions, briefs, and applications. Research and analyze the applicable laws and regulations; Consult with clients, advise on legal rights, and obligations. Supervise legal assistants. Should have LL.M. Degree. Must be licensed to practice law.
