Duties

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of transactional and licensing experience in life sciences.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
  • Experience with complex commercial agreements, including M&A.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • J.D./Admitted in local jurisdiction.
