Job Overview
A law firm seeks senior associates and partners to join its expanding office in Austin, TX. Ideal candidates are experienced attorneys with a portable client base and a book of business. Areas of practice include, but are not limited to, mergers and acquisitions.

Duties

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in various practice areas.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to expand the firm's business.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Lead and manage legal projects and cases effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior associate or partner in a law firm.
• Established client base and book of business.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills

• Expertise in mergers and acquisitions and other relevant practice areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
