Associate Attorney

Job Overview

Duties

• Communicate with court personnel, clients, and opposing parties.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Appear in court both remotely and in-person as required.
• Review and resolve title issues for post-foreclosure conveyance.
• Collaborate with staff, title companies, and opposing counsel.
• Conduct legal research and write articles for publication.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare for and attend court hearings.
• Proficiency in document review and title curative techniques.
• Motivated self-starter with multitasking ability.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
