Job Overview

Duties

• Draft and negotiate offering and transaction documents for various stakeholders.
• Manage public and private offerings of asset-backed securities.
• Collaborate with underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors, and lenders.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in asset-backed securitizations and structured finance.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission or eligibility.

Skills

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
