The candidate will work from the Cherry Hill office with occasional travel to other offices. The role requires tax research, planning, and drafting experience within a law firm environment.

Duties

• Handle corporate tax matters, including formation, acquisition, disposition, merger, and reorganization of business entities.
• Research and analyze complex tax issues for individuals and corporations.
• Design and plan tax treatment and incentive compensation for key employees.
• Manage tax controversy cases.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of direct experience in a mid-size or large law firm environment.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organizational and analytical skills.

Education

• LLM preferred or pending.

Certifications

• PA bar required; NJ preferred.
