This role supports the Music Industry practice within a leading Entertainment & Media group, representing clients across the music and entertainment sectors, including global companies, social media platforms, and creative talent.

Duties

• Handle a range of mergers and acquisition transactions.
• Focus on acquisitions within the music and entertainment industry.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team on high-profile deals.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of corporate M&A experience at a law firm.
• Experience in music/entertainment M&A matters preferred.
• Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience.
• CA Bar membership preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar preferred.

• Strong experience with acquisitions.
