Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated and dynamic senior associate or special counsel to join its national and international insurance coverage practice in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance coverage, including litigation, drafting coverage opinions, and conducting discovery in complex commercial insurance cases.

Duties

• Analyze and draft coverage opinions and pleadings.
• Conduct discovery in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Participate in litigation tasks such as depositions and court conferences.
• Collaborate with a global team on insurance coverage matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of relevant insurance coverage experience.
• Admitted and in good standing in Pennsylvania or New Jersey; additional admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
