Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience in patent litigation before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Duties

• Represent clients in patent litigation cases.

Requirements
