Duties

• Handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents

• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy

• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategies and trial preparation

• Manage caseload and deadlines efficiently and with attention to detail

• Maintain strong communication with clients and legal teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years of meaningful experience in complex commercial litigation or a comparable practice area

• Demonstrated ability to manage case components independently

• Strong client service orientation and professional integrity

• Willingness to work both independently and in a team setting

• Admission to the Florida Bar preferred (or willingness to become admitted)

• Preference for candidates fluent in Spanish

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Active admission to the Florida Bar preferred

• Candidates not yet admitted must be eligible and willing to apply for Florida Bar admission

Skills

• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Proficient in legal research and analysis

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
