Job Title: Partner-Level Attorney

Job Overview:
A respected law firm located in Orlando, FL, is actively seeking accomplished attorneys at the partner level to enhance its litigation team. This opportunity is tailored for attorneys with a strong track record in commercial litigation who are seeking a collaborative environment to expand their practice and leadership influence.

Duties:

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Serve as strategic advisor and primary point of contact for key clients

• Oversee litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings

• Supervise associate attorneys and support staff in case management and legal research

• Cultivate client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

• Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth and operational planning

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in commercial litigation with a demonstrated history of successful case outcomes

• Ability to generate and manage client relationships independently

• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility and willingness to obtain Florida Bar admission

• Proven leadership within a law firm or similar legal environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Florida Bar admission strongly preferred

• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills

• Strategic thinker with practical problem-solving capabilities

• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
