Attorney

Flushing office of our client seeks attorney. The candidate will draft, review, negotiate, revise, and close commercial contracts, including international trade agreements, commercial and residential leases, joint venture agreements, license agreements, etc. Will represent clients in commercial transactions, including real estate transactions, business transactions, security transactions, mergers and acquisitions, etc. Responsible for in-house counseling with small and medium business owners, reviewing legal documents, assisting in corporate structuring and re-structuring, franchise establishment, providing written and oral legal advice on various business and compliance matters. Handle drafting for probate and estate administration, trust designing and establishment, health care directive preparation, overall strategizing and estate planning for client's assets. Must have NY and NJ attorney licenses.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree.
