Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of substantive experience to join its practice in Murrysville, PA. The role involves managing client relationships and providing strategic legal counsel in real estate, estate planning, and business services.

Duties

  • Lead consultations for estate planning and business services, tailoring strategies to client needs.
  • Independently draft high-quality legal documents, including wills, trusts, and real estate transaction documents.
  • Manage residential and commercial real estate closings, including title review and document preparation.
  • Guide personal representatives through the probate process and prepare necessary filings.
  • Draft and review business formation and transactional documents.
  • Identify legal hurdles and provide preventative advice to clients.
  • Market personal and firm services to grow business originations.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and active Pennsylvania law license.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning, real estate, and/or business law.
  • Ability to manage client matters independently from intake to completion.
  • Proficiency in Pennsylvania-specific legal practices and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)

  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
