Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a healthcare lawyer with 10 years of experience. The candidate should have experience working on healthcare regulatory compliance and transactional matters, including the following: 1) healthcare regulatory compliance, counseling, and advice 2) evaluating risks in health care transactions and negotiating transactional documents 3) healthcare corporate governance, organizational structure, and strategic initiatives 4) health care structures, such as IPAs, ACOs, MSOs, and GPOs. AmLaw 100 firm experience is required.

The candidate should have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form. Must have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and an action-oriented approach. J.D. from top tier law school is required.
