Requirements

  • Active New York law license.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of divorce and family law litigation experience; 4-8 years preferred.
  • Experience handling contested family law cases independently.
  • Strong courtroom presence and confidence in hearings and negotiations.
  • Excellent writing, drafting, research, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage a full caseload professionally.
  • Professional demeanor and effective advocacy skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
