Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced legal professional to join its finance group, specifically the structured finance subgroup, in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions. Candidates with relevant experience are preferred but not required.

Duties

Requirements

• 5-9 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience.
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
